Thanks for the 5!
Needs more amen break 👀
I said jungle music for seniors, not corpses. Amen break is essentially ragtime music now.
I friggin love this. It's got the chocago ghetto house vibe. That bass drum is just perfect, no other low-end accompaniment needed.
thank you lots man,
i actually listen to a lot of your music on soundcloud and youtube
so it's really awesome to have you listening to one of my tracks!
This is so good. It's nice to hear other jungle producers on newgrounds. The genre has been on the rise recently and this is one quality tune you put out here.
Thank you so much!
Got that dub vibe with those lofi samples in the beginning. Is it supposed to sound like 3 songs in one?
Yeah, its supposed to sound like 3 songs in one, its progressive!
Ah yess, gabber music. Definitely sounds like Rotterdam and Breda but needs more 909 and less sample I feel. Listen to like any thunderdome compilation and you'll know what I mean.
Thanks! Actually, I'm inspired by modern Japanese style of Rotterdam Gabber. Thanks for the input!
I've used caustic a few times before switching to ableton and mastering on that thing is like magic. One of the songs I've submitted for NGADM got a perfect score for mastering while I was using it. But anyway, There's too much bass and it's washing out the main melody that you're going for here. I almost couldn't tell that this piece was in 3/4. The phrasing is more similar to how you would in 4/4. Not every part needs to be moving, especially the bass. It's supposed to support the melody so mainly stick to roots, 3rds, and 5ths so it doesn't sound like baroque music with a drum machine. Definetly needs more work with the mastering and the phrasing. I know caustic has that new thing where you can lock the key but try moving scale degrees within the key.
That's all I have to sayy byeee
Well, it's actually in 6/4...
To be honest, I have no idea what am I doing. I have barely any knowledge of music theory, and not enough patience, experience and proper equipment to do decent mixing and mastering. I just kinda mess around with synths and melodies. I've also noticed, that the song is a bit cluttered with the bass, but didn't really know how to fix that without making it sound "too quiet" for me.
Still, thanks for the comment, constructive criticism should be appreciated.
Damn, I could do a Bad Company/Dillinja mix with this. I feel like it needs more sub if any. Just extend it for a little longer so people can properly mix with this track.
Oof sorry. I deleted this project.
